For sellers

Grade, quantity, packaging, photos, certificate, location, your minimum price.
We verify
Documents checked, photos reviewed, on-site inspection where the category or condition requires it.
We sell in Surplus's name
Buyers deal with us only. Your company name does not appear on any document.
You get paid
Funds released after the buyer's payment clears and the goods are collected. No fee unless the lot sells.

الفاتورة وإشعار التسليم والشهادات تصدر باسم Surplus. طرف واحد ومسؤولية واحدة.
الدفع قبل الشحن
يدفع المشتري لشركة Surplus عبر بوابة دفع مرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي. لا تغادر البضاعة المستودع إلا بعد تأكيد السداد. ويُدفع للبائع من المبالغ المحصلة فقط.
فوترة نظامية
فواتير إلكترونية معتمدة من هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك مع ضريبة القيمة المضافة على كل عملية.
Why Surplus
Verified before listing
Every lot has certificates or documents, photos and a verified quantity, and is graded A, B or C by condition. Requirements differ by category.
Our name on every document
Invoice, delivery note and certificates are issued in Surplus's name. One counterparty, one point of accountability.
Payment before dispatch
Buyers pay Surplus through a SAMA-licensed payment gateway. Goods leave the warehouse only after payment clears. Sellers are paid only from cleared funds.
Compliant invoicing
ZATCA e-invoices with VAT on every sale.
